Reaction Vessels
Among the vast list of pressure vessel types that KEE designs and manufactures includes High Pressure Reaction Vessels.
Reactor Pressure Vessels are often used to hold a reactive material in process plants, or to facilitate the reaction.
Some typical characteristics of Reaction Vessels include;
- High Pressure (Above 1500PSI)
- High Temperature (Above 1000 Degrees F)
- Mounting Brackets
- Corrosion Protection, Including Special Alloys to increase resistance to corrosion due to chemical or temperature factors.
- Additional Non-Destructive Examination
- ASME Certification
When you need quality fabrication and engineering of your Process Reaction Vessels, know that KEE has your back. Feel free to contact us regarding your application.
Jacketed Pressure Vessels
Not only does KEE specialize in custom single-wall vessels, we also have a history in providing jacketed vessels/equipment. Given the nature of our business, we keep our Weld Shop, Machine Shop and Engineering Departments in the same location, which helps to increase communication and expedite the manufacturing process of such tight tolerance equipment.
Our vacuum jacketed vessels can be used with low or high-temperature applications as the vacuum jacket will provide insulation to minimize cold or heat loss. Insulation is critical because the more you minimize temperature loss, the more you increase efficiency in your process. The jackets on our insulated vessels also reduce touch hazards by ensuring a significant difference in temperature between the core of the vessel and the outer surface. Other benefits include reduced condensation and minimal frosting on the outside of the vessel for low-temperature applications. All of our vacuum vessels enable your processes to proceed at peak performance while preventing the outside from accumulating ice and condensation in low temperatures or extreme heat in high temperatures.
